Kelis (Mrs. NAS) was charged with disorderly conduct in Miami. Apparently the "Milkshake" singer brought all the cops to the yard. Cussing at them probably wasn't the wisest way to capture their attention. Her friends had to hold her back as she went all "Kramer" on them. Maybe she was rehearsing her next single?
