Thankful To "AI" Award (Week 3)

Underwood's appearance (albeit wooden) the previous week on Idol helped her achieve something she has repeatedly rebuked -her symbol as Pop Idol. Her latest country single on the rise "Wasted" took a huge leap on the I-Tunes chart cracking the Top 30 for the first time - the only country song to do this.

Additionally, 19 officially disclosed putting "Before He Cheats" for adds at Top 40 given her recent Grammy wins and constant Idol support. The song which has already cracked the Top 30 on the Mainstream chart is bubbling outside the Top 10 in downloads and should now help propel the Sketchers spokeswoman (much to her chagrin) into the pop world once and for all!

How To Stop Sex In The Fastlane

Apparently the highways in Israel got a wild awakening this weekend when a couple were found having sex in the fastlane. Traffic came to a standstill as the two lovebirds chose not to move their car to the side of the road.
In unrelated news, Ralph Fiennes has decided to deactivate his membership in the Mile High Club as he has agreed to stick to land transportation only. He was last seen leaving the Jerusalem airport.

Never a fan of this girl. Sure she can sing. Sure she's cute. Sure she's robotic. And yes, for pete's sake we know she loves country music.

I have to give to her for praising Idol to the stars and bringing creator Simon Fuller to the Grammys as her date but...

and there's a big one.

You want us to believe you are grateful but the minute you open your mouth, you just front this attitude of entitlement (which some could say you've earned) but...

when you win Best New Artist, an award by your peers and NOT AMERICA - you should show some emotion.

Everyone cried along with Kelly Clarkson all over again when she won her first Grammy just last year. She was shocked and she looked and addressed everyone with sincerity.

Carrie, you came up like you expected to win and there was no "real" moment. It all seemed rehearsed.

That's sad because I know had James Blunt, Imogean Heap, Corrine Bailey Rae or Chris Brown won, they would have been appreciative of being there with the other nominees and thanked their peers for their support and truly been touched.

Shame on you Ms. Underwood!
